the breakfast is free with pastry and also juices, has everything you need. the location is comfortable and unbeatable and they have parking on-site. please let the very very helpful staff know of our gratefulness for a such wonderful stay.

Good position for a nice visit in Cannes, big room and very useful the parking option.

Not so comfort sleeping in a sofa-bed, not really clean the floor.

Very nice apartment, clean, modern furniture. Attentive staff.

There wasn't enough vacuum cleaner

Internet issues led to missing a wedding.

We found the receptionist extremely helpful and kind! The location was about 12 mins walk from the beach/film festival and loads of shops. There are two supermarkets within minutes walk.

No extractor fan for the cooker, so the whole living area was full of cooking smells.

I like the street, very quiet and the free parking 200 metres from the hotel

I don't like very much the staff because the receptionist doesn't speak English fluently. There wasn't a bed but a sofa-bed instead.

The staff were friendly and helpful and the rooms were very good value for money

Some of our group did not arrive until after 8pm on the first day and were therefore not able to request any assistance with parking etc, however this did not cause us any problems as some of the group were there to collect all keys and advise others.

Very very helpful staff, wake up calls and ironing free of charge. Quiet ambiance and hospitality.

I loved relaxing on the sun terrace and enjoying the garden area that really helped me unwind. The shower was a bit tricky with temperature control, but it didn't ruin my overall positive experience 🌞

Everything was great here - polite staff and practical rooms. We appreciated rooms with a large bed. The location was great, at a walking distance from Palace of Festivals and Congress Hall. The food they offered was fresh, had variety of meals...

Well equipped for self catering Fairly central Helpful staff TV in the room had English Channels Wi-Fi in the rooms.

Place could do with decorating. The room has obviously been used by smokers and had a stale smell. We thought a new fresh carpet or flooring and some painting and decorating would improve it dramatically. Car parking - This was the reason we chose this hotel. It was very tight to negotiate, with a very steep, curving ramp- took four attempts to get car up the ramp- wheels were spinning.The overhead door kept closing as the wheels were spinning, and I had to keep jumping out and putting in the code, bit of a nightmare.

The hotel in general was fair. I thought the location was not that bad, however returning by night was pretty far from the Croisette and in a odd-creepy looking neighborhood. The rooms were spacy however it does need renovation.

The hotel needs renovation, rooms very dirty, towels not to clean old stains.
